They've provided really clear documentation and advice when doing our comparison with other providers and deciding on what we needed. The team are lovely to speak to over the phone and we're able to address any thoughts or concerns there and then. The pre-inspection went through and explains in simple language what items need to be in place in order to install the panals such as earth rods, bonding etc and reaffirms what you will expect on the day of installation and ensure the terms of the grant are met. The installation itself was professionally done by the team who were lovely to deal with and clearly explained what they were doing as they went and what slight adjustments were made to suit the particular environment. The team had the installation done in a few hours, and explained everything clearly in regards to the physical set up and the app use. They tidied up and left the place as they found it as well.
